It is widely used to purify the coolant liquid of very fine ferrous particles. This separator is designed in such a way that it helps the removal of iron chips from the milling and grinding liquid. According to the demands of magnetic coolant filtration, this Magnetic Coolant Separator is used in various industry sectors such as automobile, bearings, spindles, engineering, wire drawing and others.

Working Principal:

S.S. Made tank will equipped magnetic roller rotating at low speed with the help of Geared motor. Quring this operation a used coolant is discharged into tank due to magnetic force on roller the ferrous particle in coolant will get attracted to magnetic roller and at the same time at the other end will remove by S.S. Scrapper fitted at front.

Reuse coolant fluid and becomes viable as ultimately saves on money.
